The premier event of Fly Fishers International will take place in just over a month in scenic Redding, CA. Featuring presentations, fly tying demonstrations, casting and tying workshops, a trade show, conservation seminars, banquet and live auction, and much more. FlyFest brings community to our education and conservation missions.
Headlining the event will be George Daniel. Daniel is a renown fly angler, author, competitor and innovator, whose shared modern fly fishing tactics with hundreds of thousands of anglers.
While the bulk of activities takes place Friday and Saturday, on Thursday, September 24th, it’s “Club and Council Day” with workshops and focus sessions designed specifically for FFI leadership, club and council leaders. An open forum on what works to draw new members and increase participation.
